Polishing and Finishing

We know that most of our customers do not want a partly finished product or component.  Finishing is an essential part of their needs.  Carlton Laser has a number of capabilities to polish and finish components.  The Kuhlmeyer polishing machine is extremely flexible and can be used to provide high quality finishes for components of many shapes and sizes.  

This allows us to provide manual coarse grinding, fine satin finishing and to polish metal surfaces to a very smooth finish.

Further finishing can be provided with various coatings as needed by the customer.

We will deliver components finished ready to be used in the next stage of your manufacturing process or, indeed ready to use.
